I probably should have squared this with you and the others before posting, but I'm planning on putting up draft sections of that chapter--this being one of them.

If you'd rather I didn't, let me know and I won't. Otherwise, I figure you guys will likely have some things you want to see changed, and it might be worth getting feedback. Besides, could generate some buzz. Also not sure how Kluwer handles (c) issues, but figured that I hadn't signed my life away, yet. Drop me an email...
