Holidays...
Well, as pandamin says, "Glad Christmas is over." Now we can get on with life. Strange. Bought presents for some people who we're not going to get to see. And didn't buy presents for some that we are. I don't feel obligated to buy presents for friends. TOo messy. I just won't participate in that game. But the holiday IS the season where I can buy presents for people because I see something that I think that they might like. So if I find something, you get a present. If I don't find something you don't. With two folks, I bought the presents months ago, but haven't seen them in a context where I can give it... Like I see them online, or on the street. I wonder if I should keep the presents around for every, or just let them get absorbed into my life. Problem is, since I buy presents that are characteristic to a person, they make no sense to me. I don't really want them, but they do/may/might. Hmmmm...
Glad that that's over.
Today is a shopping day. Going out to buy some books at Pages (20% off), and maybe some Mediaeval Baebes CDs or something. And maybe hit a movie... there are some out there I'd love to see, like Freda. And some I probably should see like HP and LoTR. Going out for dinner with Pandamin tonight... donno where... Somewhere french.
