Competing to Catch Plagiarizers:
Blackboard is today creating a new service, sort of — releasing SafeAssign, a repackaged version of MyDropBox’s SafeAssignment that will come pre-installed in future versions
One of my biggest problems with turnitin is that the essay db is stored in the US. This may deal with one of the issues.
