Slavoj Zizek - The Antinomies of Tolerant Reason

In The Antinomies of Tolerant Reason Slavoj Zizek writes: “Are the terrorist fundamentalists, be it Christian or Muslim, truly fundamentalists? There is a feature that clearly distinguishes all authentic fundamentalists, from Tibetan Buddhists to the Amish in the US: the absence of resentment and envy, the deep indifference towards the non-believers’ way of life.”

Zizek’s always interesting. He’s willing to say challenging viewpoints in an engaging manner. At least I think so.
