I've been trying to read it, as manuscripts are part of what I do. The photo would need to be played with a bit to bring it up. It looks like (at least the beginning) "I think I can ?go [to?] Bethesda [???????] Is this possible"
What interests me is that Bethesda (if that's what it is) is the naval hospital Presidents go to when they are not well.
One should not speculate.
