tbh, it's kind of hard to get excited. the one time I went to the Yorkdale store, i got the royal brush off... not only that, but their technical support expert couldn't help me. i finally got the answer i needed from macosx or maybe the Apple Support site from other users.

Yorkdale's not snotty! It's not even located somewhere snotty. Serious. They have gangs and shootings there.

My favourite moment of going to the Yorkdale Apple store was being told, "Why don't you try the Sony store around the corner?"

No, serious.

And the Sony store guy couldn't solve the problem either.

But I am special. There I'll agree!
