I went to see the link and there was a "conversation" between father and son. I found it disturbing to read for two reasons: first, it is really scary to think of such thing as mass destruction, gas weapons, etc. and having to look at a picture of a child; second, it is even more disturbing to read the father's response to the child's question at the end. I wasn’t expecting to read such thing when I saw the picture. The whole thing got me upset.

...If I really think... I must say it made me chuckle, but why???. Everyone's comments were so upseting... Let me explain my take... With the line about no suit for you because you cannot reproduce I felt as if I was watching a commedy show!. Those shows where the extreme vision is taken, thus writing the most absurd and ridiculous lines one could expect.... Thatwas my "Chuckle" thought.

Perhaps, eh? Personally, I think it is the marketting of fear. The way to keep people compliant and consuming is by keeping them in a state of fear. Crime is going down. We haven't had any terrorist attacks, but people act like they're living in Darfur.
