The TTC has turned down Rafael Reyes, 23, for a Wheel-Trans pass. That is surprising, to say the least. Rafael Reyes, as you can clearly see in the photograph, has NO ARMS AND NO LEGS.
I know the Sun is a little more sensationalist than other papers, but is this for real? Wow. The woes of bureaucracy...
I find it heartening that our friend Rafael here has such a positive attitude about these things, taking things that would crush most people into dust like a friendly challenge--with a grin.
I want to buy this guy a drink. He can play in my band anyday.
